Welcome to JagSim, a product of JagInsights LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JagSim ("the Service"), operated by JagInsights LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JagSim is a browser-based paper-trading game using simulated market data. No real money is involved. No real securities are traded. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not hold any user funds, route any trades to live exchanges, or execute any real transactions. All prices, trades, PnL, leaderboards, virtual currencies, and results are entirely simulated and exist for entertainment purposes only. Anything you "win" or "lose" inside the Service has no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash, securities, or anything of monetary value.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The simulator is for entertainment only. Past simulated performance does not predict future real-world results. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making real investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate leaderboard scores through exploits, bots, or cheating.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and game mechanics are owned by JagInsights LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Virtual Currency and Rewards

Coins, XP, spin wheel prizes, and all other in-game rewards have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred to other users, or redeemed for any tangible goods. We reserve the right to modify or reset virtual rewards at any time.

9. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Ad blockers may interfere with Service functionality.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SIMULATED MARKET DATA IS NOT REAL AND NOT SOURCED FROM ANY LIVE EXCHANGE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAGINSIGHTS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REAL-WORLD FINANCIAL DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SIMULATOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JagInsights LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any real-world decisions you make based on your experience with the simulated trading environment.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which JagInsights LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JagInsights LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
