JagSim is operated by JagInsights LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

- Account information: When you sign in via Google or email magic link, we receive your email address and display name.
- Profile data: Username, avatar color, XP, coins, streak count, and session statistics you generate by playing.
- Game data: Run results (PnL, mode, trade count, duration) stored on our leaderboard.
- Spin wheel results: Records of prizes earned to prevent duplicate claims.
- Email signups: If you submit your email for early access or updates, we store that address.
- Usage data: Standard analytics such as page views, session duration, and device type, collected via Google Analytics (if enabled).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and game profile.
- To display your scores on the public leaderboard.
- To track XP, coins, challenges, and streaks.
- To send you product updates or announcements (only if you opted in).
- To improve the simulator experience through aggregated analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies — each user can only read and modify their own profile and game records. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with industry-standard OAuth 2.0 flows. We do not store passwords.
4. Advertising
We display Google AdSense advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and for analytics. Third-party cookies may be set by Google AdSense and Google Analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

JagSim is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the simulator after changes constitutes acceptance.
